Kris, John and Roddy have announced a new UK tour for June and also some summer festival appearances.

Kris, John and Roddy will feature on next weeks edition of the culture show (shown on the 27th & 30th jan BBC2 - check for times). The whole show comes from the Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow. DMW play 'into the blue' and 'my secret is my silence' and Roddy does an interview on the couch with Lauren Laverne.

The new idlewild album is now available to pre-order at the website
everything is explained on the site. The album (which is being recorded in February and March) will be available to those who pre-order in April. It will receive at more conventional release sometime in the summer of 2009.
Drever McCusker & Woomble will play at this years Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow on Friday 16th January at the ABC. They are appearing as special guests to a collaboration known as 'the burns unit' which features Karine Polwart and King Creosote amongst many others. DMW will open the show with a 50 minutes set. A 10 date UK tour will shortly be announced for February 2009.
